The violent incident happened just before 10:00 p.m. on February 23, 2017. The suspect, a 27-year-old Newark resident, allegedly got into a heated argument with an employee at 24 Supermarket on Central Avenue in Newark, NJ. The suspect was shopping at the supermarket and allegedly failed to pay items he had taken off store shelves. The store worker confronted the suspect, leading to a verbal altercation.

The verbal dispute eventually turned physical, with the suspect allegedly pointing a handgun at the clerk. After allegedly threatening the worker with the gun, the suspect reportedly ran out of the store and fled the area.

Detectives with the Newark Police Department conducted an investigation and eventually located the suspect. He faces criminal charges for aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Newark NJ Robbery ChargesPolice officers arrested a man who allegedly robbed someone in Newark, NJ.

The violent theft offense occurred around 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, during the recent snowstorm that hit the East Coast. The suspect was allegedly a passenger in an SUV being driven on Elizabeth Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. According to law enforcement officials, the suspect tried to rob the driver at knifepoint while the SUV was in motion.

A Newark patrol officer observed the vehicle run a red light, prompting the officer to stop the SUV. When the Newark NJ cop looked inside the vehicle, he allegedly saw the suspect attempting to hold up the driver.

The driver is a 64-year-old resident of Hillside, New Jersey. He suffered minor injuries in the attack, including cuts and lacerations.

The suspect is a 45-year-old Newark NJ man. He was arrested and charged with several crimes, including armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Newark NJ detectives are actively investigating the theft incident. At this time, authorities have not indicated whether the suspect and the victim are acquaintances.

Newark NJ Robbery SuspectA Newark New Jersey man recently pleaded guilty to armed robbery charges in connection with multiple thefts at a local 7-Eleven.

The suspect, a 38-year-old resident of Newark, NJ, allegedly robbed the 7-Eleven on the 700 block of Broad Street. According to Essex County prosecutors, the suspect robbed the store four times. Moreover, the suspect allegedly committed two theft crimes at the store on the same day.

The suspect allegedly brandished a knife to threaten store employees when they confronted him and then fled the scene on foot with candy.

Newark NJ cops eventually apprehended the suspect and found him carrying the knife that he allegedly used during the 7-Eleven robberies. He was arrested and charged with several counts of first degree armed robbery.

The suspect managed to avoid trial in the case by reaching a plea deal with Essex County NJ prosecutors and pleading guilty to one count of armed robbery.

When the suspect appears in Essex County Superior Court on April 24 for his sentencing hearing, he will probably be sentenced to seven years behind bars. Additionally, the terms of the suspect’s plea agreement with prosecutors will likely require him to serve a minimum of 85 percent of his sentence before becoming eligible for release on parole.

Newark Heroin Distribution AttorneysNewark NJ police arrested eight people during multiple drug raids on city streets.

Police made the arrests over a period of four days. The Newark Police Department launched an investigation after getting numerous complaints about illegal drug transactions at locations across the city.

While conducting the drug raids, Newark police officers allegedly seized 379 heroin packets, 59 vials of crack cocaine, and nearly $3K in cash.

Detectives arrested a total of eight people accused of either selling drugs or buying drugs.

The first three suspects were apprehended after detectives allegedly watched two of them selling heroin to the third person along Brunswick Street.

The fourth suspect was placed under arrest on Ridgewood Avenue after Newark NJ detectives allegedly noticed him carrying 74 decks of heroin and trying to sell the illegal drugs. He was subsequently charged with several crimes, including possession with intent to distribute heroin and resisting arrest.

Two more suspects, both of whom hail from Newark NJ, were placed under arrest for allegedly selling cocaine and heroin.

The last two suspects were arrested after Newark detectives allegedly observed them attempting to deal cocaine and heroin on Frelinghuysen Avenue.

West Orange NJ Robbery LawyersWest Orange NJ police are trying to find a man accused of robbing a bank on Saturday.

The theft incident occurred just before 2:00 p.m. According to law enforcement, the suspect walked into the TD Bank on Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange and approached a teller. He then allegedly gave the teller a note demanding cash. The note reportedly stated that the suspect would use a handgun to shoot the worker unless he handed over the money.

After getting approximately $1,300 in cash, the suspect left the building and fled the scene.

Fortunately, nobody was hurt during the robbery.

The West Orange Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are investigating the bank robbery. Investigators are operating under the assumption that the suspect may have been responsible for another TD Bank robbery in Roseland, NJ.

If police can identify and arrest the suspect, he would probably face charges for armed robbery, theft of movable property, and weapons offenses.

The suspect is a 41-year-old male with addresses in both Irvington and Newark, New Jersey. According to authorities, he was the culprit in several sex assaults committed near the intersection of Grove Street and Nye Avenue in Irvington, NJ.
The suspect allegedly used a handgun to threaten the female victims, force them off the street, and rape them.

Detectives with both the Irvington Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office investigated the sexual assaults and attempted to find the suspect.

Once police identified the suspect, Irvington NJ cops patrolled the township in search of the sex assault suspect. The suspect ultimately made the decision to surrender to authorities.

The suspect now faces multiple criminal charges, including aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Irvington NJ Sexual Assault SuspectIrvington New Jersey law enforcement is trying to find a man who allegedly committed multiple sexual assaults.

The suspect, a 41-year-old man from Irvington, NJ, allegedly accosted several women who were walking in the area of Grove Street and Nye Avenue.

The first sexual offense occurred on January 17. The suspect reportedly approached a woman while she walked along the street and threatened her with a handgun. He then allegedly sexually assaulted the victim. Afterwards, the suspects fled the scene on foot.

Irvington police investigators looked into the violent crime and eventually connected the suspect to other sex crimes in the township.

The victim described the victim as a black man standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 165 pounds. Detectives were able to use the description to identify the suspect. According to authorities, the suspect has known residences in both Irvington and Newark, NJ.

If and when the suspect is apprehended, he will face criminal charges for aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Belleville NJ Manslaughter LawyersPolice officers recently arrested a Belleville NJ man who allegedly caused the death of a Verona NJ woman in a fatal car accident.

The fatal crash happened at 7:45 a.m. on March 3, 2017. According to authorities, the 25-year-old suspect was driving a white 2006 Mitsubishi on Lakeside Avenue in Belleville when he lost control of the car and struck the 34-year-old victim at a bus stop.

The suspect also reportedly hit the victim’s brother. The female victim died as a result of her injuries, while the male victim needed to be hospitalized but was later listed in stable condition.

The suspect faces very serious criminal charges for death by auto, a first degree felony that could lead to a sentence of 10-20 years in New Jersey State Prison.

Moreover, the suspect has been cited for numerous traffic violations, including Driving While Under the Influence (DUI), drunk driving near a school, careless driving, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane.

Essex County NJ Criminal AttorneysEssex County authorities recently arrested five men who allegedly sold illegal drugs, and two men who allegedly bought illegal drugs, in Newark, NJ.

The Essex County Sheriff’s Office got a number of complaints from Newark NJ residents and subsequently started investigations into alleged drug distribution operations at different locations on Frelinghuysen Avenue.

Narcotics detectives first arrested two men near the intersection of Frelinghuysen Avenue and Whittier Place after allegedly watching them sell crack cocaine and heroin. When police searched the suspects, they reportedly found them carrying 78 decks of heroin, 56 glassine envelopes of heroin, and 40 vials of crack cocaine. Both suspects live in Newark and face criminal charges for drug distribution.

Police also arrested the alleged drug buyers: a 50-year-old Hillside man accused of purchasing crack cocaine and a 36-year-old Linden man accused of buying heroin.

Later that day, detectives also arrested three more men who allegedly sold heroin and crack cocaine on Frelinghuysen Avenue. The three suspects live in Newark NJ and have been charged with drug distribution crimes.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the alleged drug traffickers were remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility. Meanwhile, the two men accused of buying the illegal narcotics were released with summonses to appear in court later.

Newark NJ Shooting SuspectPolice officers recently arrested a Newark man accused of injuring another person during a shooting incident.

The suspect, a 23-year-old man from Newark, NJ, allegedly used a handgun to shoot a 20-year-old man who happened to be walking on a city street.

After the violent incident, the suspect reportedly ran from the scene. Meanwhile, the victim took himself to University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. Doctors at the medical facility treated the victim and then alerted law enforcement.

Newark NJ police officers went to the hospital and talked to the victim.

The Newark Police Major Crimes Shooting Response Team investigated and eventually found the suspect walking on West Market Street in Newark, NJ. When police arrested the suspect and searched him, he was allegedly in possession of a .380-caliber handgun.

The suspect faces multiple criminal charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
