Bloomfield New Jersey Cocaine AttorneysBloomfield NJ police recently arrested a number of people on drug and weapons charges after a raid at a local apartment complex.

Authorities began an investigation after learning that illegal activity was going down at an apartment located on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield, New Jersey.

Law enforcement conducted an investigation and eventually obtained a search warrant. Several different law enforcement agencies, including Bloomfield police, Irvington police, and the Essex County Sheriff’s Office, then raided the suspects’ apartment

During the raid, authorities reportedly found several handguns and a large quantity of illicit drugs. Among the weapons found by police were a loaded 9mm handgun and two 45-caliber handguns. The drugs allegedly seized by police included 78 grams of uncut cocaine.

While performing a search on one of the suspects, a 40-year-old Bloomfield NJ man, police reportedly found him carrying eight zip-lock bags filled with cocaine.

The suspect was arrested and charged with several criminal offenses, including possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of a weapon, and other weapons offenses.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark, New Jersey. He was being held at the jail in lieu of a massive $500K bond amount.
