Irvington BB Gun ChargesAn Irvington NJ woman was recently placed under arrest in Western Pennsylvania and charged with assault and weapons offenses after she allegedly used a BB gun to shoot another woman.

The suspect is a 29-year-old female who resides in Irvington, New Jersey. According to PA authorities, the suspect used the BB gun to fire at least one gunshot at a woman at the Pilot Travel Center truck stop located near Interstate 70 in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania. (Bentleyville is a Pittsburgh suburb.)

The suspect reportedly committed the violent criminal offense around 3:30 p.m. She allegedly aimed the BB gun at a woman sitting inside a tractor-trailer parked at the Interstate 70 truck stop.

The victim did not suffer serious injuries in the violent attack. She received medical attention at a local hospital and was later released.

The Irvington NJ suspect was arrested by PA law enforcement and charged with numerous crimes, including aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment.
