Newark police recently arrested two adults and one minor for weapons offenses in separate incidents. One of the adult suspects was also reportedly wanted by police in connection with a violent shooting incident.
The shooting reportedly happened on the 100 block of Morton Street in Newark, NJ. The Newark Police Department sent police officers to the scene after getting a report of gunshots fired. When cops arrived in the area, they saw property damage that had been caused by gunfire.
Newark detectives investigated the incident and identified the suspect as a 20-year-old Newark NJ resident. Police officers then found the suspect on 14th Avenue and arrested him.
