A West Orange man was recently indicted by Essex County grand jury on manslaughter charges in connection with the killing of a Livingston New Jersey woman.
The suspect is a 33-year-old man from West Orange, New Jersey. He has been accused of fatally strangling the victim at her Livingston NJ home on May 15, 2016.
