NJ Transit Worker Charged with Theft, Fraud

Law enforcement recently arrested an East Brunswick NJ man who allegedly stole money from NJ Transit passengers by selling bogus tickets.

The suspect is a 49-year-old resident of East Brunswick NJ and is employed as a ticket agent for Newark-based NJ Transit.

Police in Jersey City police recently apprehended a Newark NJ man who allegedly committed forgery and credit card fraud.

When police officers located the suspect, he was allegedly carrying a number of legal documents belonging to other people. Among the allegedly forged items were three social security cards and a birth certificate.
