A Newark NJ man was arrested for the second time in two weeks on drunk driving charges in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Law enforcement made the second arrest a short time after 4:00 a.m. According to authorities, the suspect was behind the wheel of a 2003 Hyundai and driving on 14th Street in Jersey City.
