Newark Cocaine Distribution LawyersNewark New Jersey police recently arrested eight people during drug busts that followed resident complaints.

The Newark Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office launched a joint investigation and sent narcotics detectives to Irvine Turner Boulevard in Newark NJ. The detectives were members of the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force.

Law enforcement conducted surveillance and reportedly saw a number of illegal drug transactions.

Newark NJ police officers arrested eight people during the drug busts. All eight suspects are believed to be residents of Essex County, NJ.

The suspects arrested by police face various criminal charges, including loitering in an area with intent to purchase drugs, possession of heroin, and possession of cocaine.

After the suspects were processed by police, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose issued a statement about the police operation and said that law enforcement “responded to residents’ complaints and took the necessary action to rid their neighborhood of this criminal activity.”
